- Fixed painting window on Day 1 — schedule on site
- Bring own cans/caps; surface panels provided by organizers
Rules & Eligibility
Open to registered graffiti writers. Work must relate to the official theme and remain festival-appropriate. No tagging outside designated panels. Safety gear recommended; flammable materials restricted. Completed panels may be photographed for LIHF media; artists retain creative credit.
Judging Criteria
Technique — line work, fill, and can control
Concept — theme interpretation and storytelling
Composition — layout, color, and balance
Impact — visual presence and audience response
